Saturday January 10th	Shooting in the New Year 2010

Any and all Music played in the Old Company Store, is BMI Registered Music & BMI Music only. We are licenced to play these certain songs by federal law. Under BMI's guidance we must comply with the following.

1. Our pickers' play such a small variety of Old Bluegrass, that is makes no sense for us to have any other Music license, other then BMI at this time. As BMI is the leader when it comes to Old Bluegrass copyrighted songs. If there is a request of the songs played at the Old Company store, please send it in writing to the PO101 Catawba, NC 28609... with a self addressed & stamped envelope
2. If there are more bands in the future, that would like to play for us at the Old Company Store. They must submit there song titles at least 30 days before the agreed performance date, so we can contact BMI & make sure the songs comply to Standards that have been set forth.
